SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Next Day shipping (KAMPALA ONLY)	7,000 - 10,000 UGX
2-day shipping (MBARARA ONLY)	15,000 UGX
36-48HR shipping (OUTSIDE KAMPALA, WITHIN UGANDA)	10,000 - 20,000 UGX

 

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our flagship store, US Mall, Ground Floor Room 04. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-7pm DAILY. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Because our website cannot calculate your international shipping rate yet, reach us via WhatsApp at +256 779 417795 with your order and location. We will then create an order for you once the shipping rate is calculated and you will receive a notification to complete your order payment on the website.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rebel Afrika is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
